Hosted @ Ferris Wheels Bike Shop & presented by Hammer Havoc on Thursdays (except the first date, which is on Monday, February 5th, and the following date being February 15th).
Hammer Havoc is an umbrella team, with a chapter in Boston, focusing on getting WTNBGQ cyclists out to their first races, or helping more experienced WTNBGQ racers find rad people to rip with.
For this series, bring your own trainer/set of rollers, or rent one from the shop for $5/night. (if you need to rent, please be sure to let us know by filling out the form mentioned above!)
The shop is located equidistant between the Forest Hills & Green St. stations on the Orange line, and about a 10-minute walk from each.
Arrive between 6:00-6:15. We’ll stretch together & discuss goals/check-in, and start training at 6:30.
You’re welcome to do your own work-out, or plan to train with a group!
Freak your feel: shred like every pedal stroke will be your last, or take your time & build your fitness base with some sweaty base miles.
Folks are also welcome to leave whenever they please, and can train for up to an hour; we’ll be packing up for the night at 7:30 & out of the shop by 8.
We’ll be sure to be stocked up with pre, during, and post-workout foods & powders at the shop to keep y’all nourished & cared for!
